Here's another thing; my youngest is going to be 2 at the end of the month....what do you do for birthdays or even Easter when its in March because it could snow or be freezing. Funny side note, last year we went to visit my brother in Colorado for Mother's Day thinking it would be a good time of year, instead it was cold and snowed. SURPRISE! Anyway back to SPRING....kids get to play outside, stagnate air is cleared out of the house, bodies don't have as may aches and pains....all good things.
With the change in weather comes a drive to do more activities outside; start running, riding bikes, walking, playing sports, weekend warriors and so on. Make sure you take into account the muscle soreness and don't use that as an excuse to QUIT. Call our office and ask what you can do to help conquer that situation and move forward. Having a good CORE and proper technique is so important to prevent injury. We are here to help you be the best you can and that starts with a HEALTHY SPINE and NERVOUS SYSTEM.
